The Electroless Nickel Conference is NOT working with a third party housing company, and the only way to book a reservation through our room block is by contacting the chosen hotel directly. The hotel will NOT reach out to individual companies. 

Additionally, numerous convention bureaus are reporting hundreds of complaints from trade show managers who are receiving similar reports from companies attending conferences and tradeshows.  The companies who booked rooms through a “third party room broker” frequently find themselves at sold out hotels with no reservations and no recourse for the payment of rooms. These brokers falsely imply they are affiliated with show management and secure deposits and/or full prepayment from exhibiting companies. Please be watchful!
